There's a artisan at Fest who makes these. Or at least there was, I'm not sure if they're there anymore. But I used to love watching them on my breaks.
They used to have a candle shop at Knotts Berry Farm back in CA that sold these. Very cool. And now I know why they had so many mushroom shaped candles on the shelves!
